► Training on the 21 November 2007(Wednesday)
For this coming training which is this Wednesday(21/11/07), fall in by 0730 sharp.

Sec 1s & 2s
are required to bring their Full U and Ptkit,and fall in in Ptkit.

Sec 3s you just fall in in Ptkit,no need to bring Full U.

If you do not turn up for this training without valid reason,you will FAIL your overall promotion test.

Attendance will be taken outside canteen therefore fall in outside canteen.
Logistic IC,please prepare all the logistic stuff before muster parade.
Number of poles to be drawn out depend on the attendace.

► Job of each department during training
Roles of department

Training department - Coming out of training program, training notice and logistic list.

Logistic department - Prepare logistic before training.

Publication - sending of email through msn group to all the cadets and pasting the training notice onto the notice board.

Admin - Taking of attendance and sending it to the CIs

Deadline for each individual department if training is on Friday

Roles of department during training

Training department - Ensure smooth running of training and keep track of time for each activites

Logistic department - Prepare logistic before training, collect back logistic after training, ensure Np room is in neat comditions at all time.

Publication - sending of email through msn group to all the cadets and pasting the training notice onto the notice board. 1 volunteer is suppose to bring camera and take photo of every training.

Admin - Taking of attendance and sending it to the CIs two days after training in soft copy.

CIs now won't hesitate to take action to any individual department IC in any delay in any process of these above mention. It is your responsibility to spread this blog. Excuses like "I don't know" will not be accepted. All of these above will start functioning on the 28th of November (Wednesday) training. Thus, training program must be sent on the 25th of November 2007 by 1900 hours.

► Training on the 14 of November
There will be unit training on the 14 November 2007 (Wednesday). The attire is Full u and Pt kit. Fall in outside NPCC room at 730am sharp in your PT kit.

Flag stuff must be up before muster parade. All sec 2 that are inside the campcraft competition must be there to help out for the flag building.
